Tuna Teriyaki



Ingredients:
1 can tuna flakes in oil
5 tbsps soy sauce
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds


Procedure:
  • Separate tuna from its oil. 
  • Use the oil to saute garlic,onion, ginger.
  • Add tuna flakes.
  • Add soy sauce and bring to boil. 
  • Add sugar. Let the mixture simmer.
  • Plate and drizzle with sesame seeds.
Optional: If you want a spicy version, just add chopped chili after adding sugar. 


Serves: 2-3
