Ingredients:
1 can Luncheon Meat, sliced/cubed
2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 pcs tomatoes, sliced
1 cup water
1 tsp patis (fish sauce)
1 cup sliced potatoes
1/4 cup tomato sauce
saffron, dash
salt, a pinch or two
chopped chili
Procedure:
- Saute garlic and onions.
- Add tomatoes. Cook well until saucy substance is produced
- Add patis, safron, and chili..
- Gradually add water
- Add potatoes and let the mixture boil.
- When potatoes are cooked, add tomato sauce. Let it simmer.
- Add the cubed luncheon meat. Let it simmer.
